Project Managers who investigate any reported lapses in the quality of our service and are responsible for initiating quick and effective corrective action
In addition, regular QC inspections ensure the highest professional standards are met. Our QC audits review service methods and ensure the efficient use of time and materials.
At all our sites, we encourage employee initiative and awareness of building conditions. We train and constantly remind our staff to look for minor problems such as burned-out lights or dripping faucets, and also for any building conditions that are potentially dangerous or wasteful. They correct the condition where appropriate or notify a supervisor.
